agent and broker. I got to see how a lot of developers and builders did things. Good and
bad. I listened to buyers and felt their pain. In 1991 when I decided I wanted to build
houses, I had only two lines to my mission statement: Always do what's right and always

I'm blessed. I'm surrounded by good people. My builders, my sub-contractors, my staff;
they are not employees, they are family. They feel as passionately about how we build
